My Directory was established in July 1999. Our office is located in Mines Resort City, the central of Klang Valley. We are offering Open Source products, services and solutions to enterprises. Our focus is on the Open Source System Infrastructure and we work closely with partners who provide hardware, software and applications.

Enterprise Email Solutions
We are offering Enterprise Email Solutions from small to large companies.
For small companies, we offer Email Hosting services. It is the most affordable and practical solution to stay competitive. The Email Hosting inclusive of antivirus and antispam filtering services. In addition, we provide technical support to customers on all issues about email.
For larger companies, we offer in-house email servers and optional data center email filtering services. We consult customers on regional email design, email distribution, clustering, security and backup.
Linux Services
Linux is our core skill. We have vast experience in deploying Linux to many industries with many different requirements. Most of the work are related to System Infrastructure such as Linux Clustering, Storage Management, System Security, System Management, Performance and Networking.
The systems that we deployed are open standard and they are fully interoperable with different vendor's technologies. We research, integrate, deploy and support to the work that we have done.
Support and Maintenance
We provide Support and Maintenance services with SLA to customers. The services are by contract and by incident. The work covers all solutions that we have integrated. For instance, Linux troubleshooting, system performance tuning, data recovery, email problem, Internet access, PC problem, hardware diagnostic and so on.
Our supports operate 24x7 and response to the request within 1 hour via remote access. For on-site work, we response in 4 hours or next business day.
