Resolv Technologies Sdn Bhd

Resolv has two core divisions focusing on software applications and IT infrastructure. The divisions work together to deliver value-added solutions and services for our customers while maintaining strong core competencies within each division.
 
Software Development 
Our Software Application Division (SAD) focuses on enterprise software product deployment and services. The strengths of our software application products are in Enterprise Portal, Document Management, Workflow Applications, Enterprise Reporting, Directory Services, Single-Sign On and System Integration.
 
Resolv has proven expertise in solutions built on Open Source Software, Java and other technology platforms with extensive experience in delivering enterprise applications systems using technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Business Warehousing (BW), and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
 
IT Support and Services Outsourcing
Our Services Outsourcing Division (SOD) focuses on providing comprehensive and reliable IT support and services for customers who have their own core business to focus on and would not want to be distracted by IT operations using their internal resources. Our services include disaster recovery centre setup and management, onsite IT support and helpdesk, technology refresh and acquisition.
 
As an IT Support Services organization, we adopted good practices to help us to create an effective IT service management delivery for our customers. Good practice is simply doing things that have been shown to work and to be effective. Good practice can come from many different sources, including public frameworks (such as ITIL, COBIT and CMMI), standards (such as ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO 9000), and proprietary knowledge of people in our organization.
