Computerized Maintenance Management System

It is a locally developed system and is licensed with full source codes for easy implementation by the client. We offer a complete CMMS software solution and full implementation services in order to ensure that the system procured will be fully utilized to ease the maintenance management process. Being a fully local entity and system, the client will reap the benefits of “local Malaysian prices” and of product support directly from the people who developed the system.

ASSET MANAGEMENT (AM) and HELPDESK & WORKORDER MODULE.

These two modules is developed using the .Net technologies. Vtech experience in implementing both systems in University Malaya (UM) will give advantage to client to execute these modules smoothly and successfully. The AM module is used to keep track asset status in the whole campus and Helpdesk & Workorder module is used to keep track all complaints/problems in campus and monitor work schedule/backlog among maintenance staffs.

Our portal is an open source web application framework ideal for creating, deploying and managing interactive web, intranet and extranet sites.

 It is a locally developed system; it was designed from the ground up to be a fast, highly available, secure and modular system. By creating our own engine, we had the freedom to build in the strengths of other popular portals, while adding many of our own innovations. Writing our software from scratch has given us the freedom to build in our own mechanisms for incorporating information from both within and outside the organization.

Plant Management Information System

We have developed a fully integrated Plant Information Management System (PIMS), which provides a common base of plant process operations and business data. This software is targeted at the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry-Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Plant Operations and Oil & Gas Production. The design incorporates features and functions that uniquely support continuous process operations. We completed the PIMS project for Petronas Fertilizer Kedah (PFK) and the Information Management System (IMS) project for Resak Central Processing Platform (RCCP) and onshore Gas Terminal for Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd.

We are currently involved with Berkat Honeywell Sdn. Bhd. in developing a fully integrated Plant Information Management System for Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. for the Resak Comp
