OSS Development Toolkit
The Open Source Software (OSS) Development Toolkit is a collection of OSS tools suitable for use in Windows environment and intended to be used for application development. It was compiled and documented to provide a complete set of common tools needed in a typical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. The goal is to provide alternatives to proprietary tools and to help developers in finding the right ones easily. Another goal is to let developers enjoy the benefits of free/libre/open source products which includes freedom to use, distribute and/or modify. This toolkit contains tools suitable for use in Windows environment, which is the operating system running in the workstation of majority application developers. This toolkit is developed and maintained by OSCC, MAMPU and is free to copy and distribute.
